Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other items that came with the product. Make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Processing Refunds
